FAQ

Where Are My Past Updates?

WordPress, by default, does not track when updates have happened. WP Client Reports adds the functionality to do that, but it cannot report updates that happened before the plugin was installed.

I stumbled across this plugin my accident and I am very glad I did. I am replacing all of my current reporting with this. Client reporting is one of the things that I offer my clients, and I have never been satisfied with the reports, until now! I highly recommend this plugin.

WordPress websites – even sites that aren’t changing or adding content on a daily basis – can have a lot going on under the hood. If site maintenance is part of your business or job, WP Client Reports is a clean, easy-to-use tool that lets you quickly ship out periodic reports that track plugin, theme and core updates. And for internal troubleshooting, WP Client Reports is a reference point for your plugin updating history.

My clients don’t understand the volume of maintenance work I did for them recently…Until now!!! Once configured, WP Client Reports is the perfect tool to let my clients know all the awesome stuff I’ve been doing for them over the past month! With a few clicks, I’m able to send them an email documenting all the plugin updates, theme upgrades, form submissions/conversions, uptime, Mailchimp email sent, and more that I’ve completed over the past month! It’s the best all-in-one tool I’ve found for this sort of reporting. Highly-recommend!!
