Turn every abandoned cart, new order, and shipping update into an automated
Email, SMS, or WhatsApp message — without leaving WooCommerce.

contact.center™ is a unified marketing platform for Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
This plugin connects your store to it, keeping your contact.center™ workspace
in sync with live store activity and collecting the checkout consent that
decides who can be contacted.

Campaigns are built and sent from your contact.center™ workspace — this plugin
handles the connection, the data sync, and the consent collection that makes
it all possible.

What it syncs

Once the store is connected, the plugin forwards store activity to your
contact.center™ workspace as it happens, so your automations always work from
current data:

• Customers — new, changed and deleted customers are mirrored as contacts.
• Orders — new, updated and refunded orders, in the same shape the WooCommerce REST API uses.
• Products — product and variation changes, stock changes and deletions, so campaigns can reference your live catalogue.
• Carts — a snapshot of the shopper’s cart when they add, remove or re-quantify an item, which is what an abandoned-cart automation runs on.
• Storefront activity — product page views and shopping cart activity, collected in the visitor’s browser.

Syncing happens quietly in the background — your checkout never waits on it.

Marketing consent at checkout

The plugin adds opt-in checkboxes to your checkout — one for email, one for
phone (SMS/WhatsApp) — and keeps the answer with the order, whichever checkout
your store runs.

You control, per channel, whether the checkbox is shown, what it says, and
(email only) whether it starts ticked. The phone opt-in is never pre-ticked:
an unwanted message to a phone number costs the shopper more than one to a
mailbox.

Getting started

You need a contact.center™ account. You can create one at
contact.center™. Connecting the store is a single
button in the plugin’s admin screen; see Installation below.

External services

This plugin connects your store to contact.center™, a service operated by
DIDWW Ireland Limited, and does nothing until you connect it.

Once connected, your store keeps the workspace up to date: customers, orders,
products and carts travel to contact.center™ as they change, so a campaign
always speaks to the right person about the right purchase. That includes what
your customers gave the store — their name, email address, phone number,
address and what they bought.

Switch on the browser channel and your storefront also tells contact.center™
which products a shopper views and what they put in the cart, recognising them
by the email address they have already given you, so you can follow up on the
products someone actually looked at.

Source Code

This plugin ships with its complete, human-readable source.

The only compiled assets are the WooCommerce Checkout block bundles in the
folder build/checkout-consent/. Their sources are included in the plugin
under src/checkout-consent/, together with the build configuration
(webpack.config.js and package.json).

To rebuild them from the shipped sources:

npm install
npm run build

The build uses @wordpress/scripts
(webpack). No other file in the plugin is minified, compiled or obfuscated.
