Installation
How to install the plugin and get it working.
- Upload
wpfixedverticalfeedbackbuttonfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- See from left menu “CBX Feedback”, to create new button click “Add New”
- Check show, link url or post id ,button text or image ,button color and position from the post setting

I've never had a problem with this plug-in and have used it on several sites. There was an issue today, when installing to a site running Thesis, which turned out to be the cause and not the plug-in.
I had some live-chat support with the developer, Subaj, who has been really helpful.
End result, this is a great plug-in and well supported
