Ruby Help Desk is a WordPress plugin which works as a customer support platform. The plugin includes many features such as Frontend submissions, ticket attachments, Knowledgebase, and statistics.

Installation

Using The WordPress Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Add New in the plugins dashboard
  2. Search for Ruby Help Desk
  3. Click Install Now
  4. Activate the plugin on the Plugin dashboard

Uploading in WordPress Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Add New in the plugins dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Upload area
  3. Select ruby-help-desk.zip from your computer
  4. Click ‘Install Now’
  5. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

Using FTP

  1. Download ruby-help-desk.zip
  2. Extract the ruby-help-desk directory to your computer
  3. Upload the ruby-help-desk directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  4. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

FAQ

How can I access the plugin pages after activation?

All of the plugins related pages will be added under one menu item called ‘Ruby Desk’, also you will find the same item at the admin bar on top of the dashboard.
