When a buyer clicks it, they open Rehani Soko’s full mortgage flow in a popup — compare partner-bank offers, send an inquiry, or start an application — and you earn a share of every loan that settles.
Tested with Estatik and Houzez; designed for Real Homes and similar real estate themes. Connect your site once from Settings Khuza Mortgage, then track applications and earnings from your Khuza dashboard.

How it works
- Install the plugin and connect your site to your Khuza account.
- A “Get Mortgage” button appears on your property listings.
- A visitor taps it, compares partner-bank offers, and applies.
- Khuza’s assistant prepares an initial assessment and summary for the lender. The bank makes the lending decision.
- When a loan settles, your commission share is recorded in your dashboard.

Rehani Soko API
- Service: https://render-prod.rehanisoko-internal.com/api/v1
- Used for: connecting your WordPress site, fetching button settings, and creating mortgage sessions when a visitor clicks “Get Mortgage”.
- Data sent: your site URL, connection token/API key, plugin version, and listing metadata (title, price, location, beds, baths, images, page URL).
- When: on plugin connect/disconnect, config refresh, and each button click.

Rehani Soko website
- Service: https://www.rehanisoko.com
- Used for: opening the mortgage quotes and application flow in the buyer’s browser (popup).
- Data sent: session/listing ID from the API call above; mortgage application data is entered by the buyer on Rehani Soko (not stored in WordPress).

Installation
- Upload the plugin zip via Plugins Add New Upload Plugin, or copy the folder to
wp-content/plugins/. - Activate Khuza Get Mortgage.
- Go to Settings Khuza Mortgage.
- Generate a connection token in the Khuza dashboard and paste it into the settings page.
- Click Connect.
- Open a property listing page on your site — the Get Mortgage button should appear.

Does it cost anything to install?

No. Installation and setup are free. You earn a commission share on mortgages that settle.

How do I earn?

You receive a revenue split on each funded mortgage originated from your site. Earnings are tracked in your Khuza dashboard and paid on settlement.

Do I need a Rehani Soko account?

Yes. Sign up at rehanisoko.com and generate a connection token from the Khuza dashboard.

Who owns the buyer relationship?

You do. Khuza passes the buyer to a licensed lending partner to complete the mortgage. It does not resell your traffic or hand your buyers to a competitor.

Does Khuza approve the loans?

No. Khuza’s assistant prepares an initial assessment and summary. The partner bank makes every lending decision and updates the status.

Does this plugin store buyer data?

No. WordPress only stores your site connection credentials. Listing snapshots and mortgage applications are processed on Rehani Soko servers, with the applicant’s consent, and shared with the lending partner to process the application.

Which markets does it support?

Kenya and Tanzania, with partner banks in each market. The button appears only on listings in supported countries.

Which themes are supported?

Tested with Estatik and Houzez. Designed for Real Homes and other themes with standard property listing pages. The button appears on singular property pages with a detectable price.

Does it work on a regular WordPress Page?

The button is designed for property listing pages from real estate themes, not generic Pages.

Will a credit link appear on my site?

No, not by default. Attribution is disabled unless you enable it in your Khuza dashboard. When enabled, a small optional “Powered by Khuza” link may appear below the button linking to rehanisoko.com.
